“Check in was a fiasco. Not just for me, but everyone who had a reservation. There was a message on the door that all reservaions had been canceled. However, there was a line of nearly 20 people waiting to check in their room. After about an hour +, we finally was giver a room. The clerk stated that my room was already occupied??? I showed the conf # & email from Bonvilla; she did not recognize or heard of that name. I told her that I believe that is the owner who lives in Switzerland. Some were……

Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und der Check-in verläuft problemlos, wenn ich in die Stadt komme. Deshalb übernachtet meine gesamte Firma dort – ein Ort mit einem Lächeln, der einen an Zuhause erinnert, wenn man nicht zu Hause ist.”

“WARNING: Do Not Book a Reservation Here. This Hotel is very shady. They accepted two nights prepayment from us (denominated in Euros???) and when we arrived they had resold our room to someone else and left a photocopied note on the door saying they weee sold out and yo contact management if you already had a room that they gave to someone else. They have yet to refund our money and forced us to spend two hours looking for a replacement hotel during a sold out ND move in weekend. THEY ARE……
