“Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

“It is so noisy for my room. Terrible experience. Some people still play music at midnight .”

“Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again ”

“Breakfast was pretty good and clean. Room had a few cups from previous people. Great parking. The pool was very foggy. No bleeds so it felt very dirty. And there was no room to sit. Also the light in the pool was broken which can hazardous. ”

“Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. When I arrived they said the people that had stayed in it had extended their stay. Not sure how that can happen when I specifically reserved that room. No one noticed me of any changes. They did give me 2 separate rooms to make up for it but then my family was separated. Not very impressed, and there was splatter of something on the walls, the bedding was ripped. Won’t be staying at this particular hotel again. Which is a shame because we love Staybridge……
