“We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. “Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board……

“Excellent location directly across from the beach, and it is nice that a wagon and umbrellas are provided. We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small……

“House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. ”
