“We had difficulty getting checkin information. We had arrived and still had not received any instructions. After contacting Vrbo Care we finally got a response. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was mostly acceptable. Bathroom linens were lacking-adequate bath towels but one dirty/stained hand towel and three washcloths for three people for eight days. There was a sewer smell that would come and go (possibly no trap on washing machine drain pipe), five tv’s but four were not hooked up……

“Overall, we had a great stay. The location was convenient, the view was beautiful, and parking was close by. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing and had a great happy hour! The main downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was a heavy amount of dust near the AC, and the filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in quite some time. We also paid extra for a pet-friendly room, but there were noticeable pee stains on the carpet. Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and……
