"Visiting family in the Bay and booked it before reading reviews about car break ins—we were nervous, but having lived in the area, I know better than to leave ANYTHING in my car. We took out phone chargers, even pieces of trash or anything that could be mistook for something of value. We have a Prius and made sure to leave the trunk shade open so it was visible nothing was back there. Maybe we were a little overly paranoid, but windows are expensive. Didn’t see any glass on the ground in the parking lot, didn’t see any broken windows. We got a king room with bay view balcony and it was super clean, bed comfy, nice shower with lots of pressure—we could find nothing to dislike. The city lights at night and the Oakland port monsters were neat too! In addition staff was super nice and lots of security measures on all outer doors. This will definitely be our go to as long as the prices remain competitive and we forgot to bring a tip for cleaning, so next time we’ll tip double to pay it forward. Thanks Four Points staff for making this an awesome stay! "

"No non sense, riff raft style hotel. I didnt have my credit card but the manager helped me out by allowing me to stay the night. "

"We loved this place. It was clean, plenty of climate control options in each room. The location is very convenient to everything. The neighbors are quiet. We had plenty of space to park, even when we got in late. This was a positive experience."
