"poor attitudes of most staff throughout....constantly ran out of many food items to include utensils.....food area was cluttered & looked messy. Had to seek out the manager to get a fork.....the garbage man finally got one for me while covering the forked portion with his dirty gloves. Staff had no regard for the comfort of the guests as they were more concerned with closing early, stacking tables & cleaning floors....they couldn't wait for us to leave 3 minutes after closing....coffee & some food items removed 15 minutes before closing Awoke by barking dog all 3 nights of our stay....even went down to desk ....they said they would talk to resident....Don't think that happened. The general attitude of most staff was they were too busy to get the job done to satisfy the customer. People this is not the Hyatt tradition for which we are accustomed"

"The cottage itself was exactly as pictured inside, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. However, we were a bit surprised by the backyard situation, which was the main reason we booked. The property details said it was a “private hideaway,” but the cottage is located behind another house, and much of the yard shown in photos is actually shared. We also learned at check-in that the jacuzzi is shared with the other house, though fortunately no one else used it during our stay. The jacuzzi was old and some of the jets didn’t work that great. The yard is smaller than it appears in the photos, and the bed’s mattress was quite thin and not comfortable. The neighborhood is generally pleasant, though 3 blocks down on San Pablo it’s a bit sketchy. Overall, the cottage is charming, but future guests may want to clarify the backyard and amenities before booking."

"The people were so rude. I got a confirmation number but when I showed up, the people wouldn't let me in. They said they should have the rent of the room out and I said how can you rent the room when I have a confirmation number they were rude. It was ridiculous and we couldn't go into the room so we just left but how do they give our reservation away?"
