“Overall a good value. What was not clear, however, is this is not Hyatt property. The front desk check in clerk was very rude and acted like we did something wrong by going through Expedia. She proceeded to tell me nightmare stories that other guests have had in different rooms by different hosts and that she can’t guarantee the quality. This is not something I needed to hear checking in on a vacation that I had spent a lot of money on. The room was well stocked with towels (which you don’t get……

“You can’t beat the location! We used the kitchenette and toaster oven for a couple of meals and ate at the restaurants in walking distance for the rest. Both beds were comfy and plenty of room for my daughter and I. We used the indoor hot tubs and studied/worked in the gorgeous lobby. ”

Poor experience with property management, who told us to use a spare blanket to pad the concave mattress—after much arguing, they provided a rollaway bed. Good location, very clean. You have to store skis in unit and carry them down each day. A lot of noise from hallway and other units. ”
