A queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensures additional sleeping space for larger groups.

At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary cookware and appliances for preparing meals. Please note that the home sits approximately 75 feet above the waterline with no direct stairs to the sand, but a public beach access at Beacon’s Beach is just a short four‑minute walk. The property includes wall unit air conditioning,WIFI, a washer and dryer, gated shared parking for up to three cars, and is dog‑friendly. Located just seven minutes from Moonlight Beach and ten minutes from the San Diego Botanic Garden, it combines both comfort and convenience with unforgettable ocean views.

This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
