The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. ”

“This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will……
