“第一晚被安排到Basement房間. 十分夾窄又侷促. 多謝Hotel Manager 為我們其後4天搬到高層和較大又寬躺的房間. 十分多謝！ 房間沒有熱水煲、茶包. 如要的話、要到Lobby飲用☹️. 吹頭髪位置沒有鏡. 只有一面企身鏡在門口. 不太理想😟⋯⋯ 地理位置優越、3分鐘步行到Paddington Station,出入機場超級方便快捷. 坐Heathrow Express只係15分鐘. 巴士去Oxford Circus十大方便. 只在洒店行1分鐘. 洒店十分新. 設計簡潔. 有心思. 有品味. 但價錢十大貴. 謝謝 ”

“Faultless! Location is fantastic but so quiet with it being on a quiet pedestrian square. Staff were all super friendly, hotel is spotless and our room was 10/10 comfortable. Nice touches with unique mini bar additions and fun design touches in the room, really recommend :)”
