"First - hard to find. It is the first door on the right after entering the gated community. A small sign of some sort would be nice? Shared bathroom Other than that, great location and the owners are super nice. You get a key so you can leave when you want (unlike Calle 96 for which you had to ring to get in every time)"

"I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. "

The rooms towards the back are quieter as there's a bus stop near the front of the hotel entrance.
