"I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. "

"We have traveled to Antigua annually for 10 years. The typical hotels we had stayed in were booked and we were thrilled when we discovered this location. The reason we enjoyed our stay includes: quiet location off the beaten track, excellent hospitality, beautiful accommodations, affordable. Estela and David were personable, answered questions, made sure we were satisfied with our stay and made us feel like we were at home. "Good, solid hotel experience in Guatemala City. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and spacious. The included breakfast buffet is a nice touch. The room came with two complimentary bottles of water when I arrived. The rooftop hot tub looks inviting, although I didn’t get the chance to use it. The hotel floors and rooms require a key card to activate elevator access, which makes it feel safe. Overall, it’s a good choice based on the price and location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Forgot to mention, the area nearby can be noisy in the evening as there are clubs, bars and entertainment venues nearby. I don't mind noise, so it is not a problem for me. But if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. "
