"We took our young adult sons. We had a nice time and the Hyatt Lodges was great. Branson was a bit boring for our son's. There was almost no one their age in town. Great for seniors and families with small children. It would have been better if there hadn't been a cold front (22degrees). We would have hiked and maybe fished."

"Room I booked was not available. I booked two queens as my wife, two grand boys 10 and 12, big 10 and 12. 12 yo looks like an adult, and myself in a king. Not happening. Offered a rollaway bed and half off stay. Then that night, when I called for my rollaway bed, said none were available. I did eventually get one bu one of grandsons had to take turns sleeping on it both nights as no support. Shower was like from 1970s with no water pressure. Pool was nice, complimentary breakfast was dicey with a big open bowl of I’m guessing vanilla yogurt that you just scoop into a bowl and several bowls of random fruit. Small little coffee cups like you would find at a pta meeting with no lids. Disappointing "

"It was nice to be off of the strip but close to everything. The pool was nice and it was a surprise to figure out it was a salt water pool! Everything was clean and all of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and inviting! Breakfast was constantly being refilled and it was nice to have hot food and a few cold item choices! "

"Hour late at check in and no concern to resolve it even after explaining I had traveled 13 hours with a 3 year old. No upgrade to a clean room or offer of show tickets (its a timeshare). Also did not get a patio even though expedia listed a patio included and I paid a higher rate for it. Staff could care less since I refused the timeshare presentation and paid for my room upfront. "

"The room was beautiful, actually the whole facility was beautiful but someone broke the key to the movie room was the movie was not available, the whirlpool part of the hot tub half of the jets weren’t working. "

"I will be staying here again when we go back to Branson. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable, and I was impressed that housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and gave us fresh towels and washcloths.( we stayed 3 nights) Honestly, I can't remember staying in a hotel since COVID that provided that service.It definitely was appreciated. The breakfast was the usual with a variety of food including warm choices. We really enjoyed the complimentary ice cream, cobbler and cookies provided by the motel.Great place to stay!!!(and I'm extremely picky.)"
