The motel was clean and roomie.

Pros: See above.
Cons: Better coverage of the front desk.
Location: Location was great. There are several things to do depending on you interests,
Room was good and had a good brakfast. That is all I have to say. If you don't want that I don't know what to tell you.

The a/c didn't work good at all. The second night the hot tub was way to hot to get in it.

Pros: Location was great
Cons: see above but most definitely the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast
Location: you can catch the Trolley and take it all over town--that was great!
Check in was great, nice staff. Room was disappointing, bathtub was gross, bed spreads were old looking, pillows uncomfortable, when asked for more pillows they didn't have any extra--found a gummy bear smushed into the carpet between the beads. Just a bunch of little things that were not horrible but put them all together and I just didn't feel that the room was really clean. Breakfast was absolutely disappointing--we got to the dining room at 9:25am, no eggs, no juice and when asked if we could have some juice the staff lady was rude and when she did bring out it was warm. I would not even advertise Continental breakfast if this what you are going to serve. The first night we went to the hot tub and they were playing some movie on the big screen that was so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk--the screen was so blurry you couldn't even see what was on the screen, not at all relaxing. The second night we were going to the hot tub and there were about 6 young boys running around in and out of the hot tub, jumping in and rough housing with no adult supervision so we just went back to the room which we could still hear them. We come to Eureka Springs several times a year and we will not be back or recommend this hotel. Sorry.

The 1st room was full of mold and the second had dirty wash rags hanging, filthy chair and maybe bed bugs. I would've rather slept on a park bench in the rain.

Great place to stay in Eureka Springs

Beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet rooms. Desk staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The indoor pool and spa are beautiful. The included breakfast was a real treat with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy that was actually good, and excellent coffee. This was a luxury stay for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again any time we are in the area.

Old hotel

No updates in this hotel. Looks old. The type of flooring reminds me of indoor/ outdoor carpets. Wall paper old fashion looking and coming off the wall. Rust showing through in ceiling panels in the bathroom. Old cheap looking counter with cigarette burns. TV old with dark picture you cannot hardly see the picture. Room surrounding pool area was noisy till late into the morning. Last minute call, day of arrival saying we don't have a room, it was over book even though we reserved it through Expedia two weeks before. We end up getting a room.

Pros: Night Staff was amazing!!!
Cons: Beds TV's Owners professionalism and booking.
From the start the experience was less than stellar... The hotel did not have my room reserved However they did find me a room and offer a roll away to accommodate for lack of dual queens. Witnessed who I assume was the owner of the hotel bad mouthing employees to other employees while I was waiting for assistance at the front desk. The property is overall in decent shape but decent with 2 exceptions Beds are lumpy, TV's Tiny and old. All this being said the night manager was amazing!!! a real treat to deal with more than accommodating.

Expensive Hype, little show.

I went with a group of friends who had found this place online. They advertised a movie by the pool... Which was out of focus... And very Disney. Not what a group of adults would be interested in. The projected movie combined with the acoustics of the pool... And the smell of heavy heavy chemicals by the pool warranted nothing but disappointment and a fear that the water hasn't been cleaned in far too long. The room itself wasn't anything special. For the $129 I paid, I kinda expected more... At least a TV from this century... There was a hair on the wall of the shower... But everything else was okay. Next time I might as well spend just a little more and stay at the Crescent or Basin.

Hotel close to Eureka Springs

If you looking for a hotel just for sleep and use the bathroom this is the one, the plus are the breakfast. I hear had a new owner,he wants to do a lot for the Hotel ( he can start on room #127 wallpaper is peeling, ants in the bathroom and on the bed, mold next to air conditioner )and he wants to bring tourism to town.
