“clean, breakfast is gorgeous, the restaurant is top”

“Impecable”

“Bravo à toute l’équipe, tout était parfaitement agréable!”

“Love the decor and the details. The team is friendly and very helpful, a lot of positive energy. The bedroom we had was very spacious and well appointed with a view of the Cathedral. The street was quiet and there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Good brekfast, the room is very tidy and smells good”

“It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. ”

“If toiletries & bottled water are provided, it will be perfect!”

“Our room had Little rocks on floor/staff was rude and did not offer to help with train/ staff forgot to order our car- once really ordered not big enough for 4 bags like we asked. Would not recommend”

“Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each……

Litt smal seng. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.”

“Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.”
