“We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!”

“This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). “We stayed at this location because it was central to a couple of attractions we wanted to tour. We arrived at the maidenhead train station and had a bit of walk to the store to get the key and then another 18 minutes walk to the apartment. We found using the Taplow station easier to use. The distance between the key pick up location was inconvenient. The apartment was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all the charging options. Everything worked well ”
