“The hosts were amazing from the moment of booking. The location was perfect - gated community, walk to the restaurant, bar, community pool and beach. Very easy drive to town and fabulous nearby beaches (Jolly Hall was fab!) But the best part was the house. Our “backyard” was the ocean! We saw a turtle, many fish, found a large conch. Played with starfish (gently and put them back,) Next time we’ll rent a boat and tie it up behind the house! Highly recommend! ”

“This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. We saw fish and starfish along that area too.The owners checked in on us often via……

“Central location to areas north or south. The family that owns and operates is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bedrooms and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Working marina on-site. Nice little beachfront with bonus aquarium. Price point fair for all that this property offers.”

“The SeaClusion location to Georgetown, Exuma Grocery market, liquor stores, Straw Market and small boutiques is great. We met the host during our stay and he was very friendly. The house layout is great for lots of guests and we had 10 adults and 1 toddler. The view is very pretty and pool size great. Overall it worked for us. Cons: it does need a good deep cleaning, and furniture cleaned. A combo Keurig pod/coffee pot machine would be nice, add a hand mixer and a vacuum cleaner that worked……

“No plastic bag in kitchen trash can. Trouble finding house. Mattress in one of the rooms has bad sag and needs to be replaced. Tv only has excess to local US city stations. No National news.No curtains in one bedroom. Need curtains across back of house as the sun beats in and heats up house during the day.”
