"We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick! Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. When I opened the door I was relieved that there were three single beds with a small sitting area and a desk and enough space to move around. The bathroom was a good size and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were great. I appreciated the extra toothbrushes and hairbrushes and mouthwash. My husband and son visited the onsen which they said was small but very clean and nice. The location of the hotel was very close to restaurants and shopping and an entrance to the subway. We checked out early and the hotel held our luggage while we did a last minute visit to the aquarium and when we returned I was happy that housekeeping found my neck fan and reunited it with me before we left for the airport. Getting to the airport was easy. We walked less than ten minutes to Osaka Station and took the Haruka Express to KIX. We even got to ride the Hello Kitty Haruka train. The overall stay was comfortable, pleasant, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and subway. Hotel was clean The staff was friendly & helpful. Amenities were excellent."

"Great sized, comfortable room with modern facilities (a lot easier to walk around than our previous Japan hotel!) with a very comfortable bed after a lot of walking. Staff were fantastic and friendly. They helped us with bar choices and send our luggage to our next hotel. WiFi worked very well. Will definitely look at staying at a Moxy in the future. "

"Room had good views of Umeda from 17th floor. Men's baths are being retired so not available. Check out at 12 means check-ins not till around 3. Across road from Fukushima station so easy walk with bags. Good breakfast mix of western and Japanese buffet. Chef will make you an omelette if you ask."

"Had one of the highest floors so noise was never an issue. Close to the station, so I was always able to do a nice, morning walk to the station. The room was a nice size and my view was amazing. Never had an issue with staff throughout my stay and were very helpful with anything I needed!"

"As all Westin hotels worldwide, this one is very good, beautiful and with a spacious room and bathroom. There were 2 things that called my attention: 1- the shower water was very little, that is, the shower was not very good. 2- When we checked out and went downstairs with our carry-on luggage to catch a taxi, there was no one outside to help us put our bags inside the taxi. I found it strange, because on other days, when we arrived from our tours, there was always someone next to the taxi and we would ask if we needed help. However, I didn't report either of these issues (weak shower and lack of assistance) to the hotel, meaning they couldn't make any adjustments. Therefore, I hope this message reaches them so they can address these minor issues, as the Westin chain always provides excellent service."

"The Ritz @ Ōsaka was one of the best experiences in our wonderful trip to Japan. From the front door you can feel the genuine service from all the staff. The tea lounge, the breakfast buffet am penalized with a live piano player, the easy access to metro station, the amazing Umeda view at night from our luxurious and elegant room, the splendid French cuisine at Le Baie - Michelin restaurant. All together made my wife Bday experience unforgettable. Special thanks for to Mounir at the lobby, Ayumi at the buffet, Chef Christophe at Le Baie, and Simon for making our stay very memorable. "Very nice and clean. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and it was nice for a family of five with teenagers. It’s a staff-less hotel so no refreshing towels or daily cleaning. There are washers/dryers on site as well but guests were leaving their clothes for extended periods, long after the wash is done, so it was a little difficult to use. Luckily there was a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Location is residential and not a whole lot of food options within a 10 min walk. Overall it’s a nice hotel. Would stay here again. "
