“The staff was nice when we were checking in, however, there were several things that we needed that should’ve been in our room and weren’t. My husband had to go down to the front desk to retrieve a few things that we needed that weren’t in our room, and there were several other guests doing the same thing that were also saying that no one would answer them when they called either. We had only one washcloth for two people, pretty much an empty bottle of shampoo, were only given enough coffee for……
