"Our stay was simply amazing! The home was very clean and inviting. You can here the sound of the water as it rolls over the dam from the the front porch. The sounds of the birds chirping right outside is the best sound. We loved this place and will be back. Rorke is especially nice and was very easy to communicate with. 5 Stars easy!"

"Spotless, well-appointed small house with fenced off privacy from the main house. Comfortable bed. Location was great for walking into town but also being quiet at night. "getting in was a bit of a hassle, did not get the code at first, but once we were in, so glad it worked out. "Very clean, very quiet, and super chill. Ate meals on the patio with lovely views over the fields and mountains in good weather, and curled up cozy inside while the weather was wet. Easy access to a lot of places - spent some time in Charles Town, went to a craft fair nearby, headed to Berryville for another craft festival, and spent a day in Harper’s Ferry, all without spending more than 30 mins in the car at a time."

"loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!"

"The property itself was good. The main concern was the neighbors across the street continually set off their car alarms and cussed at us when we were entering the property. They had a sign that was offensive painted on a car facing the house. We did not feel safe in the home."

"this property was clean and comfortable. Staff was Welcoming and very attentive. I asked for an extra towel and they brought it to our room within minutes. our room was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to fix the showerhead so that the water dispenses through the entire showerhead rather than the perimeter. Otherwise, a great property!"
