“Honestly, we will absolutely be staying here again. The host was honest about the property listing. You are close to train tracks, like extremely close. However, we expected disruptions due to the listing so that wasn't a problem. The portable AC in the living room was really loud, so we had to turn the volume up loud on the TV and felt like we were being rude to our neighbor, but we couldn't hear the TV otherwise. Great stay/location at a great price. Water pressure in the shower was...

“Definitely enjoyed my stay! Was very clean and had no issues . Communication was top tier. Host made me feel comfortable with asking questions and not feeling like i’m bothering them. 10/10 will definitely book again!”

“Anfitriona muy pendiente de cada mensaje que le mandaba con preguntas, y todo muy limpio, y utensilios necesarios ”

“Great stay as always! Clean, affordable, great area. I’ll stay here again for sure.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was lovely and very clean, which I appreciated. The dedicated parking spot was convenient. The only issue I had (which can't be helped) is my husband is visually-impaired so navigating the pathway to the door was a little difficult for him but the other three of us had no problem. I had read some comments about temperature, but we were very comfortable the entire stay (and I hate to be hot). We were there Monday-Friday morning so it was a quiet stay...

“Amazing place to stay…. The place was perfect and OH the bed was best ever!!! It’s a Must!!!”

“I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

“We came for an event at America's Dome and this location is perfect. A couple small restaurants, coffee shop and groceries all within 1/ block. The apartment is wonderful, clean and very well secured. ”

“Great property in a great location”

“Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking”
