“I usually have a OK experience at the Drury Inn in Fairview Heights however, last night I entered it into the room. It was very musty and smelly. I went to the front desk. All she got out was Febreze. She told me all the rooms were booked and so I asked her could I just get a room for tomorrow And she gaslighted me all with a smile. The shower was not a real shower head. The hallways were musty on the first floor. It was very disappointing. My daughter had booked the room for me and I took it as……

“It's a pretty good hotel, if you're worried about cleanliness, then it's not a problem. However, the TV was completely messed up; it wasn't connected to wifi, and didn't let me connect to wifi. Netflix, youtube, etc. didn't work. The channels did not match the guide, and there were very few, etc. I spent at least an hour trying to figure out how to use it with no prevail. I called front desk, and although they're nice, didn't fix the problem at all. Breakfast is pretty mid. Room service also……

“We had our AC not working for 2 days and no TV for days. We were asked to move to another room with more pathetic AC. We came back to earlier room. The breakfast was not refilled after 8:15. They are not stocked properly and same with coffee too.”
