“Il faisait 16 degrés dans la chambre à mon arrivée vers 18h. Un petit radiateur d'appoint était disposé en libre service, mais malgré un réglage au maximum la chambre n'a pas atteint les 20 degrés avant 22h30\. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains. Traces d'urine séchée sous la cuvette des toilettes, punaise morte sur la moquette à côté du chevet. La réceptionniste a réglé ces points pendant que je m'étais absenté, mais mauvaise impression.”
