The location is perfect to be able to quickly access restaurants and shopping. The hotel and room were very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Easy location to get to; but parking is an issue; especially pulling a trailer as we had to park in the shopping centre lot; so now to safe out on lot… but beds are comfy… :)

I seriously hurt myself in their bath tub,there was no safety strips on the bottom of tub and was very slippery from previous soap.

Easy prompt check in. Breakfast is decent and the breakfast area is nice. One elevator is fairly slow so would recommend the elevator in the lobby area. Parking is sort of lacking unless you use the grocery store parking lot. Bathroom was small with no counter space. Dont expect housekeeping unless there for more than 3 nights, but the front desk can give clean towels. Beds werw comfy and pillows were good.

Unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was a clump of hair behind the door i partly cleaned myself. There was also hair and other things floating in the hot tub that barely works. However, I did like that I could see my vehicle from my room. It also appeared to be pet friendly which was nice.

Brick like beds. Confusing maze inside hotel. Indifferent night clerk. Surprisingly good breakfast. Worst part was the heater that clocked LOUDLY every time it turned on or off which was multiple times an hour

I got put in between rooms surrounded by youth hockey teams, the bar, pool, and restaurant. So loud. If someone is not with the team, put them farther away from the chaos. The hotel is nice, but so loud

The building looks older than it appears in the photos. The reception area was cozy but there was only one person working so it took a while for us to check in. The room they gave us was not clean thoroughly, there were some baby clothes still hanging on the bathroom curtain rack, and some brownish stains on the bedroom mirror. I tried to call reception to report these issues but no one picked up the phone so we had to go downstairs and report. Surprisingly they moved us to another room which was much bigger and cleaner. Although we still find an empty chocolate wrappings underneath the sofa but everything else was satisfactory. The room temperature was adequate and the bed was very big and comfortable. We had a good sleep! Breakfast was excellent. They provide a great variety of food and beverages. There were several kinds of cereals, two waffle machines and one pancake machine, and a few options of pastry and fruits. There were limited seats in the breakfast room but it was good enough for us.

Bed was hard as a rock, had to buy a mattress topper, room was dirty, found socks and bar soap under chair and couch, not enough staff to open bar/restaurant on Saturday night as they sent staff to another location

I have stayed there for several days in the last month, breakfast Very Good! I have had 2 rooms excellent, 1 room fair. Conditions in one room, noisy fan in bathroom and noisy heating unit.

Favorite new hotel to stay at in Fargo. Always clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Only negative is that the hot tub was broken,which seems to be the norm for every hotel, no biggie though.
