“The location of this property was ideal for our one week stay in Salt Lake City. Restaurants, grocery shopping and quick drive to U of U for doctor's appointments. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Very cute decor. Enjoyed the space and comfort for the three adults who were there. Communication with the owner was quite satisfactory. Would definitely consider staying here again.”

“Don’t believe the location listed for this rental. This Unit is not waterfront as displayed. You are not able to see the water nor the mountains. I would have picked another rental had I known”

“Nice host and clean room and quiet neighborhood ”

“This unit was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. We arrived to dirty bathrooms and the kitchen needed to be scrubbed down, countertop, appliances and floor all needed to be cleaned. There was hair on the couch so we covered it with a sheet so we could sit down. The shades in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t function so we had street lights in our eyes all night. We sent some of our group somewhere else to stay. They did offer to send in someone to clean but by then we’d cleaned ourselves. We……

“Extremely clean! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Less than 15 min walk to The Delta Center. Also, if you stay here go to Koyote down the street. Amazing Ramen spot.”

“Good place, good location ”

“The bathroom wasn't quite clean. Host never responded to messages. Location was convenient with a gas station next door, though a little shady building. Someone pushed all the buzzers at 5 AM and was pounding on the front door of the building. The condo was good enough. Provided plates didn't fit in the microwave. Dishwasher door couldn't open all the way and hit the refrigerator. Silverware drawer scraped against the dishwasher when trying to open it. Beds were comfortable enough. ”

“Everything was great. In particular the bed was super comfortable. It was a nice cozy little place that was very close to the multi day event we were attending and was exactly what we needed. ”
