“This is well kept property. It is just as it was described. The rooms were cozy and warm. The living room was a good size with a small fire place which is done up well. There were a few enjoyable board games.The kitchen had everything you needed including a microwave. There was tea coffee and sugar. The bathroom was great it had shampoo, conditioner,body wash and hand wash. Toilet flush button was a bit stiff and the toilet door creaked which is minor. There were some footsteps noise from……

“The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English.”

“Before you book, know that the primary business here is as a VERY popular family friendly pub! Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, though there's an expectation that you already know things and the anticipation that you are going to ask things that are wildly off target. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable, though needing a bit of attention--peeling paint, saggy loveseat, better pillows. A good place for a base to explore the region and basically be a place to sleep between……

“Idyllic setting in a peaceful Cotswold village with beautiful gardens and views but still close to other towns and villages. Very nicely furnished bedroom and a fantastic large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Only slight negative to our room (Pheasant Nest) was some noise from bedroom above (creaky floor and running water). Thoroughly recommended”

“从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。”

“My mother and I stayed for 4 nights the week before USA’s Mother’s Day and had an incredible experience. The manor house, property and views are stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I loved having multiple lounges and outdoor spaces to choose from. Every evening i had tea and/or dessert by the fire which was one of my favorite parts of my trip. I was impressed with breakfast and dinner which I do not say often because I am a bit of a food brat from NYC which is hard……

“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”
