“Booked a superior double room for my birthday but was given a very small room with only just room to walk around the bed. Shower only. Room stuffy. Tissue box empty. No water provided. Staff abrupt and unfriendly ”

“Love the Portland Guest House, fantastic location for wide choice of restaurants in the town. The place is always spotless and the staff are so friendly. Entry is now via key box system and breakfast has moved over to Continental only. This still offers a good choice of food and drinks. Defo recommend the place.”

“Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV……

“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”
