“I really enjoyed my stay at the Rio. I was fortunate enough to stay in one of their renovated rooms near the top floor, and it was incredible. The new soft bed, the room decor was fresh and the VIEW from the balcony was incredible. Breakfast on the first floor was very well displayed, and the staff at the hotel was very welcoming. Can’t forget the rooftop pool and restaurant. Make sure you check it out. I will definitely return.”

“Let me start by saying the hotel is beautiful, I booked a Junior suite & it was stunning. Unfortunately, our experience at Nacional was disappointing. We arrived for a 5 night stay on Easter Sunday Apr 5th & on arrival the front desk told us we didn't have a reservation even though we'd fully prepaid for our room through Expedia. I showed them copies of the confirmation on the app, the printed email showing it was paid & the message the hotel sent us through the Expedia app the day before……
