“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. “Perfect location and perfect property! The condo was great for our anniversary! The furnishings and amenities were top notch! We would go back again 100%. Recommend renting a golf cart. All of the places to eat are locally owned supporting small business in this community is a great feeling! The owner was so great to communicate with, so very helpful! ”

“This property was super gorgeous and spacious so we were able to relax. Guests had more than enough space and didn’t feel like they were on top of each other sleeping wise! We were able to just have dinner and feel safe! The owner answered any questions we had within 15 minutes, which was super helpful! ”
