"Pros: El apartamento era prácticamente nuevo en una urbanización también moderna. Dispone de parque y piscina, aunque la piscina no pudimos disfrutarla. Cerca de zonas de restauración y de la playa. Terraza muy amplia. Cons: Lo que menos nos gustó fue la fianza que nos pide la plataforma. La próxima vez lo haremos directamente con Lopimar."

There’s a large open field with plenty of parking, a rarity in Bétera. There’s building is indeed a 4-5 minute walk to the Bétera Metro station, wth frequent service, roughly 30 minute intervals, into the center of València. "The room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, including dishes and supplies. We got everything would expect from the press. I want to suggest the management however, to get better pillows and new bedding sheets."

The apartment is very clean, all appliances are working well, and the furniture is comfortable. It is also well located for taking the metro into Valencia or driving to the beach and nature park. "If you are staying n Paracona, and plan to stay most of your time in the beach this is the place. However, if you plan to be in the city most of your time I will consider. In the other hand, he ur a bus stop right outside the main entrance that will take you to the city center."
