“Alles wie erwartet!”

“We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding……

“Es war ein sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Das Beistellsofa war ein wenig durchgelegen und die Wände im Haus waren Recht dünn, womit man doch ein wenig die Nachbarschaft mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten war es eine Recht schöne und ruhige Gegend. Nur ca. 5-10min zum Strand.”

“We loved our stay at Valencia Luxury-Calma Beach apartments! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The location was a five minute walk to the beach with lovely beach side restaurants but also restaurant choices nearby! The bus to the Valencia city centre was right across the street of the apartment which was very convenient!! Would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Valencia and will stay there again when we find ourselves in Valencia again! Thank you for a……
