"We had a wonderful stay, from the moment we walked in we were greeted & made most welcome by a gentleman, he offered to help with our luggage & also showed us to our room which was lovely & spotless. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The staff are a credit to the hotel, they are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, this without a doubt adds to the enjoyment to our stay. The food in the hotels Lakeside restaurant is superb. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for our wonderful stay."

"It was a lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The down side it was a bit tired, I was in room 226 and the plug was rusted, bath stained but clean if that makes sense. The tables at dinner time were still full of glasses and plates from previous diners but that’s it, not a massive massive deal but more of a get that right and 5 star all the way. Would definitely stay again though. I didn’t use any of the facilities "
