“I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg.
