“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area of Dallas. Was in town for a conference and standard hotel rooms were 4x the cost while I enjoyed an entire condo to myself. The place felt like home and the owner was incredibly hospitable leading up to and throughout my stay. Response times for any questions were almost immediate and anything I needed was attended to right away. I will be staying here every year forward when I come to town for this same……

“Overall great stay it was a great place to come back to and unwind after a long day, I’d say it’s a great place the people working here are very kind and friendly I did have a little issue figuring out the exact moment to open the door with how the locking system is but after a couple tries figured it out easily lol overall great stay and next to some great places to visit.”

“Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!”

“Nice decor. Good personal touches by the host. Parking is right outside the door. Unfortunately, there was noticeable dog hair on the living room floor. The AC is a bit loud when it comes on. ”

“The property was perfect for a weekend stay to attend a convention. The host was very helpful, communicative, and proactive about guest needs. I do advise having a sleeping mask though, as there is some light pollution from the busier neighborhood, but overall noise levels during the evening were fine throughout my stay.”

“I had a wonderful stay. The balcony was refreshing, but very loud. The property was very clean and well stocked with plenty of amenities. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hallway that weekend, but overall it was a wonderful stay with lots of things to do downtown.”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
