"Clean and specious room. Location is great but parking was a challenge to find and expensive. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the bed was not comfortable - pillows were okay. Sleep quality was not good. "

"There was a large "wet" spot (health hazard) on the mattress of the room they gave me and that was with Housekeeping supposedly cleaning the room recently. Was offered clean sheets, but that was clearly more than a "clean sheets" fix that was needed. Was not given another room since they were sold out. Other Hilton properties would offer a free room at a sister location if any were available in cases such as these, but that option was not offered to me. The front desk staff also did not treat me nicely as they clearly did to other guests in terms of attentiveness, giving out water bottles (I was not offered any), etc. I demanded a refund which they agreed to, but I am still waiting to receive it. This has been the worst hotel experience and I will not be returning to this location. "

"Canvas hotel is a beautiful place, the staff was very friendly with me and my family, the check in and check out was very smooth. Definitely is going to be our favorite place for stays in Dallas. "
