“We did not stay here, the host apparently passed away (according to prior review). Upon realizing from another reviewer that this was the case, I immediately contacted VRBO to have listing removed and get my money back. I was told my reservation was canceled and I’d receive it within a week. Not only did they never cancel it, I haven’t received my refund, and VRBO keeps giving me the run around about when I will even though it’s for a reservation I couldn’t even attempt to use. Pathetic.”
