“The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. “Foi perfeito! Muito limpo e arrumado, e o Antônio, proprietário, foi muito prestativo. A única coisa é que, no Hotéis.com, dizia que o café da manhã estava incluso, mas tivemos a surpresa de que não tinha. O Antônio disse que é necessário atualizar essa informação no aplicativo do Hotéis.com. Quanto à localização, é relativamente próximo do centro, mas é preciso fazer uma certa caminhada em linha reta até chegar às principais atrações. No mais, tudo perfeito! Super recomendo!”

“Luca is very friendly and helpful. He recommended some restaurants and places with map. The room is beautiful, clean, good light from window and spaceful. There are a table and chairs in room but we also can open 2 29" luggages and move. The air condition is very well in summer time. No fridge in the room. The breakfast is basic but enough. I recommend the hotel to stay.”

“Hubby and I stayed there for our Wedding Anniversary Week. May 20th to May 28th 2026. Loved the idea of making lunch time meals and snacks. All kinds of stuff that made cleanups a breeze. Staff were amazing and very kind to us. We used Google Translate to communicate with the staff that were not familiar with English. The pool was great the first dip. Certain times of the day, there seemed to be bugs floating on the surface of the water. That was annoying. Breakfast was nice.……

“Expedia please be very clear with your listings. I always sort by hotels and don't like B&B's. This for me was a bad experience, small room, terrible bed and location was away from everything. My wife and I hated this place because not hotel. This could have been avoided if listed on your site as B&B, so I could have spent my money on good hotel. “We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.”
