"Excellent!!!"

"Our stay of 8 days was incredibly nice. Ended up going with a smaller room and did just fine, would recommend a larger room if you tend to bring more than a medium amount of luggage. Everything is clean, comfortable and very organized. A few things definitely stood out to both my wife and I. We ate the breakfast offered each morning, high quality and VERY healthy. We take our dietary nutrition very seriously and was able to stay on a track eating here. One of our favorite things was interacting with Francois who I believe is the manager (or main waitstaff) of the hotel restraunt? Francois is very impressive. He remembered my drink each morning and had our breakfast orders going within short order. He was always pleasant, polite and professionally interactive. Really made sure we got what we needed and we were on our way for the day. My wife and I have never received such great service and I want to make that clear. Also, the very nice woman (I wish I remembered her name) that cleaned and organized our room was the absolute best. We tipped both Francois and our room staff because they absolutely deserved it. Lastly, the SPA. The spa staff always smiled and opened the doors for us, treating us to the full experience each day. My wife and I walked about 81 miles in the 8 days we stayed, the spa was great way to close the evening. We give this place more than five stars and will definitely be back. Would recommend to everyone."

Francesco from concierge was always there to help with everything & even helped us navigate Firenze so well to the best of his abilities!! I will definitely come back someday with my own family to Firenze & especially to Starhotels Michelangelo for their excellent services!! I enjoyed my stay because of Francesco & the staff! "Very nice property. Had and issues with a room but they were able to give us a new room which was even better than the previous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was standard but very good."

"I stayed here for over a week in late October. The room was more beautiful and impressive in person than in the photos! The balcony was such a treat! The staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. I never heard a peep or any noise from other rooms or outside. The bath towels are oversized, which is such a dream for a larger person! The bed is my only complaint. It was a beautiful queen size bed but it was too firm for me. I would recommend this hotel!"

"I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."
