“Nabua Lodge This Lodge was the perfect fit for us in the quieter months If you are seeking a Fijian family run good value accommodation with tidy welcoming simple bures the Nabua Lodge would be ideal. The grounds are immaculate and the facilities well cared for. The big bonus was the quality of the meals. The fresh fish was exquisite and the mangoes pineapple and papaya outstanding and the home cooked meals overall were very good. The staff were attentive caring and very friendly Ideal for us……

“Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US.”

“Absolutely amazing homestay! The hospitality was fabulous, with generous and delicious portions and the family was so welcoming. The views and ocean were absolutely stunning and the hike was incredible with some truly beautiful scenery. The kids were lovely to spend time with, so well-mannered and a joy to get to know. The accommodation is simple and basic, but very comfortable and excellent value for money. Overall, such a special and memorable experience. Highly recommend!”

“Upon our arrival (11.30am), there was no one at reception, in fact we never got to meet any reception /management staff. The only people there were a cook and young man, that had no idea what was going on. He informed us that the reception lady was on her way and would arrive approx 4pm!! We managed to speak to her via the young man and the phone. We asked to be shown to our room but the lady (still via the phone call) said we didn’t have a booking! We said we had an email confirmation from……
