Lovely lodge, clean and appreciated the birthday balloons. Good communication and excellent location in winchester with new forest short driving distance. We went to go for breakfast on last day at the golf club but found them unfriendly with a cold atmosphere. The lodge however was fab!

這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人
