“We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!”

“This house was so incredible. Not only was it in a quiet nice neighborhood the inside was incredible too. Pool table as well as a pool it was perfect for my stay to have fun and enjoy our time. They were very communicative and welcoming to their house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Can’t say any bad things about this place. Definitely going to book again. I already miss it. ”

Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving. Would definitely recommend to other. Wish could have stayed longer and explored the outdoors more.”

We ate breakfast and dinner on the deck each day, watching the resident deer come and go in the back yard. We would both return in a heartbeat. ”
