We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was in the bally tower. Casino was big and clean. Great location. The only negative was that the pool area could use an update Alot of the lounge chairs were ripped. But the staff were nice and there was a good selection of restaurants! We would stay there again.

Room was not clean at all ; floor was greasy and dirty. Toilet had stains in it that clearly were not cleaned. Had to clean it myself. Elevator probably wasted 2 hours of our day because it was a 30 minute wait everytime. Elevators were crowded with 20 people which is way over weight limit. Then almost got stuck in an elevator. Had to be let out on first floor , which was on the bottom of everything so we had to exit outside and come BACK inside Tropicana and go back to a different elevator. I was also charged $228 AND $78 when I got there which I was only supposed to be charged $78. They said only some is going to be refunded when we leave but it’s still on my account but not even sure why I was charged the 228. This is all after spending 1300 on a bedroom for only 2 nights.

Hotel was in a great location and very nice, however, our room was not cleaned our first day and we needed towels. We called the front desk and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Finally we tried using the text “Laurel” option which we did not get a reply for almost 3 hours. We had to complain to our housekeeper the next morning and request she clean the room and give us towels. Also the body wash container was empty and never filled our whole stay. We did not use the pool area as it is quite expensive. Other than the room cleaning issue, we enjoyed the property and location is perfect
