“Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again.”

“This was a perfect getaway. We loved the house was handicapped accessible. We loved that it was stocked with anything we could need. We loved the view and the amazing back porch. The towels were luxurious. I loved that the TV would automatically log you out of whatever apps you used so you didn’t have to keep up with that! Quiet and serene! Would definitely come again!”
