“Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room.
