Location for sunset can’t be beat.
Room was not cleaned very well. Floors dirty, previous guest food under furniture and garbage behind furniture. Beds were tiny. Air conditioning loud and you can hear it dripping in the night.
Not worth the price. Stay somewhere else.

The experience was very disappointing. The sink was clogged, and the room was not properly cleaned, there was visible dust in multiple areas. There was also no shampoo provided upon arrival, and it was only brought after calling, which shouldn’t be necessary at this level. This is definitely not what you expect from a $300-per-night hotel. There are plenty of better options nearby for the same price.

The staff was very friendly but the property is a bit frayed at the edges. The restroom by the beach were locked and couldn’t be unlocked with a room key. Room smelled very musty.

Overpriced by a long shot. Old,needs an upgrade. Elevator was not working so had to lug all our luggage up 3 flights. Room took 2 extra hours after check in and we got up there and girl at desk never activated our key. Avoid this place.

Beautiful and great price compared to how expensive it is to stay in rentals at The Keys! The rooms are clean, modern and the staff at the front desk is friendly and accomodating.
They offer many amenities such as free bikes, complementary coffee, and free kayaks.

The experience with the property was great but the experience with Expedia was terrible. Will never go through Expedia again. Recommending going directly with the property. Had to leave a day early due to the weather and flight changes. Hotel agreed to reimburse the day but Expedia refused to do their part. Rented a car for the same trip abd the price on Expedia was $599 less than the actual. Expedia does not accurately reflect the amount you will pay nor do they care about you once you pay their portion of the bill. Better off paying direct.

The ceiling was coming down in the shower, toilet didn't flush right, drawers wouldn't stay closed on the dresser, everything in the room and then all of our stuff was moist. Our 'premium' room overlooked a nasty back parking lot. We expected more based on what we paid and the photos online.

Private beach was beautiful, not overcrowded during our stay. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it during out time as we were on the beach more so. Was nice there was games to play and activities to do. Wish there was a fire pit and a grill to use on the property. You pay a “resort fee” for each day you stay, so I feel more things should be included on site. Also wished that our room would’ve gotten cleaned and new towels during our stay. We had to ask multiple times for 2 days straight for a housekeeper, when you spend what you do here it would be nice for the room/fresh towels to be up-kept. It is a little more pricey down here for stays but this was the more “affordable” in the key area. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend for a weekend stay!

Pool was dirty, cloudy had debris and never saw anyone cleaning it. I even complained to front desk. Had to chase down maids for toilet paper, clean towels. Requested they clean room and change sheets when we were gone for the day, came back and nothing was done. We were there for 9 days and terrible service. Elevator went down and they didn’t even put a notice on it. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled so I called the office and they said because it was a weekend they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, I requested they move us to a ground floor and they refused. I finally had to site the ADA federal laws. It was fixed that night but they never notified us. This place is run down and all I ever heard was that employees were quitting and they didn’t have enough help. For what we paid for this place I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t even give it one star
