On weekends, music played until 11 p.m., and on Thursdays, they were unloading supplies for the bar all night long. There was no soundproofing at all. So you won't sleep. We got a discount on lunch at the tiki bar, but that was only one time, and the food was terrible. If you're looking for a family room, it's not worth it. Although the weather was unusually chilly during our visit, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite the unexpected cold snap. Their positive attitude and helpfulness truly made a difference and turned what could have been a disappointing weather experience into a very enjoyable stay.
