“The property was clean, but the restroom had a chipped toilet seat. Check-in was not welcoming, and the room was stocked with only two towels for two adults, with no extras available. We had to request toiletries and a room change. The initial staff member was not very accommodating, though another staff member later helped resolve our concerns. Overall, the stay was decent, but the service and attention to guest needs could be improved”

“The stay was ok. The door next door dog was annoying. Woke us up almost every morning and barked all day. The master bathroom doesn’t have a door so we couldn’t use it to without it affecting the entire bedroom, that was not mentioned on the listing. I definitely couldn’t use the tub, the trim and wood was falling apart with terminate infestation. The air conditioning could not cool the house more than 2 degrees. It’s on its last leg and Texas is hot. Lastly the house could have had a few extra……

“House was great for our purpose! Board meeting for YMSL. I loved to be able to walk the neighborhood at night. The finish outs in the house are 50/50. Love what you have done with m any things but the stairs are an issue - I'm in real estate so just being honest. Loved it and thank you so much!”
