“Location”

“The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned……

“Nice hotel/lobby area. Check in process was easy. There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces so had to park a little far and it sucked having to carry our bags and no side doors to go through. Room looked nice when we first walked in. I did a walk through. There were long hairs on the towels and shower/bathtub. It also looked like red splatter on the wall of the shower which could easily be watered down. I did not want to complain because it was already late, tired and the hotel was fully booked from……

“I liked it was very clean and staff was very nice, but the pool was a bit disappointing because it was very small and there was no temperature control in it. Like it was an afterthought. I got in for a few minutes but it never got comfortable. Breakfast was meh, but I’m always grateful for included food in a stay somewhere.”

“Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid.”
