"The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time. "

"Staff were very attentive and a great location for Train Street, some aspects of the room were a little tired, for example the silicone around the shower and the grouting could do with replacing but definitely nothing to put you off because we had a lovely stay and it is a great location. The breakfast was ok but not great and caters to Vietnamese and Western tastes. The bar was nice but pricey compared to the local area but I guess that's hotel prices for you. "

It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi. "
