Forest Park Vacations from $854

This is one of the most frustrating hotels I've ever stayed at: - We were in a rush (delayed coming into town for a funeral) and decided to valet- thinking it'd be faster than parking in a gargae and walking-- not the case. We saw no one for 10+ mins and the entire process from when we pulled up to when we got to leave our car was 20 mins. Insane for $75. For this price there should be 3-4 ppl working that valet at all times. Unacceptable. - The revolving door to get inside was awkward, super slow and heavy. - We got to the room and thought the power was out because none of the lights worked. Apparently, you need to insert our room key to get the power to work (?????) - I've never heard of this and no one told us this at the front desk. I used the rest room in pitch black. - The soap dispenser was confusing and idiotic. Never seen anything like it. - Tried to iron my dress quickly and the iron was confusing / didn't work. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered multiple times.... - The King bed had 2 total pillows (we each usually sleep with 2-3 per)-- again, couldn't call the front desk to request more. - The WiFi was overly complicated. It would say it was connected and would show full signal strength but nothing was working. It was just infuriating from start to finish. Do not stay here.

Don’t stay here. They refuse to clean your room even after three days. They brought me new bedsheets and I had to put them on the bed myself.
