“For a low budget hotel, this vastly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in they confirmed that I had requested a non-smoking room (which was appreciated). I was expecting the musty smell and faint whiff of cigarette smoke that one associates with an older motel, but this was spotless, with new carpet, table and new chairs. Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.”

“This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“The roaches!!!!! There was no lamp, no bed tables, the carpet was filthy the toilet didn't flush, no shower curtain or wash cloths, one towel that looked like it the wiped 12534 butts and the dresser was filled with roaches. When I got home a roach crawled out of my bag and I was furious.”

“Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning……
